The purpose of the Midwest Cubing Association (MCA) is to help broaden and develop the cubing community in the Midwest area of the United States.

MCA helps support cubing competitions in the area, by providing a support mechanism for the financial aspect of organizing competitions, minimizing the financial risk to individuals that would like to hold competitions in their area.

Leveraging the MCA can also provide the benefit of leveraging non-profit rates at venues that offer that type of discount.
